Our keyperson system

To support each of the children we value our robust key person system that offers the children a member of the team dedicated to overseeing their learning and development whilst meeting their unique needs. Parents are children’s first educators and as such we aim to create a close partnership to understand and enrich children’s experiences at Sunbeams. All practitioners are committed to working with children and their families. As a team we work closely to match key persons and children together. Each key person oversees their children’s learning and ensures they develop towards their next steps.

They are your child’s champion focusing on meeting their needs and interests.

Parent Partnership

At Sunbeams we value the importance and unique understanding every parent has of their child. Your child’s key person  will work closely to develop a strong relationship with you and excellent communication. The termly meetings will build a strong foundation to create an enabling environment for your child, their unique interests and growing abilities.

 

Time to talk

​

Our time to talk champions Megan and Vicky support children to reach their full potential in speech, language and communication. All practitioners continue to train and develop their practice to identify and support early intervention and communication friendly spaces.
